Thoughts: Expectations on CMLI Debate

Just a few minutes ago, during our recess break, Mrs. Baasis, our school’s STL for English, approached me and informed me that I’m officially in SPUQC’s team for the CMLI (Children’s Museum and Library Inc.) Debate to be held this coming September. I was like - WHOA! Really?! It’s official?!

 So anyway, there will be an orientation on the said event this Saturday…Wait, don’t we have exams on Saturday? H-how?! How will I attend that debate orientation and take my exams at the same time?! Mrs. Baasis answered my questions. She said that tomorrow, instead of taking only my Chem, Research and RelEd exams, I will also be taking my Filipino exam. (What?! Filipino and Chem at the same time?! Are they trying to kill me?! NOOOoooo!!!) But, wait…There’s more! On Friday, I will not only be taking my Geom and AP exams but my English exam as well.. (Argh!!! So much studying to do!!! NOOOOOooo!!!).

So much for that…

Well, I’m looking forward to the new experiences I’ll get from this debate competition. Wish us luck!
